Allow remap of ESC to go back and add Continue to upgrades

While using a cabinet it is very frustrating to upgrade skills.
You have to select the skills to upgrade which is fine, but then you have to select Back before you continue.

Could you please either add ability to change the back button from Esc to something else as Esc is universally used to exit a game and go back to front end.

Or add a Continue button after upgrading your skills so we don't have to go back and then continue.

thank you for the idea. I forwarded it to our developers but please be advised, because of the holiday season right in front of us and a release around the corner, the newer features have to wait until 2018.
