Ugh, trying to show pics but can’t seem to add them from an iPad.

I have a Vertigo cab and have had it for several months, now today when I start it up Pinball FX3 is not defaulting to portrait mode, and I’ve lost all my Superscore and yes I’m online. What the heck is going on?
