Since last update on the PS4 : Yes, maybe 12 seconds and more.

same for me on PS4 - and while starting FX3 Pinball as well.
It takes very long until the tabels are checked and the title screen changes to the menu.
All this happens since the last update.

Same! It looks like the leaderboards are lagging. Even when I boot up the game, the Match and Tournaments sections take longer than usual to load.

Edit: I'm playing the PS4 version.

I've noticed it too (Steam), though it was the same prior to the latest update (C&L)
Seems like there's an extended delay uploading the scores to the leaderboard.
