So,exactly how us this used? The game just says, "when pressed" for various amounts of times it used....but doesnt say what to press!! Thanks a lot for any help!!

Depends what system you are on..

You have to hold the button down,until the powers drained from the power up..After several times using this,it upgrades...

Y button on Xbox and presumes Triangle for PS..
