How to transfer tables from Microsoft to Steam ?

I am stupid i have buy pinball fx3 table on Microsoft store !
I want to use pinball fx3 with steam for use in portrait mode.
I can not transfer my tables to steam, not working.
I have the same Email on the 2 acounts.
Can you help me, please ?
