Matchup progress is lost. I am literally screaming the F word

Please can somebody assist? I cannot stop crying... I have been playing all week for nothing.

Help me, I do not know what has happened. My ps4 matchup progress has been lost.

I cannot believe the horror, I am so upset to get all the way up to Gold II (many weeks of non stop playing) and I was in 1st place with 42,000 points and now I am not. I am back to Bronze III.

I made a change to my ps4 account profile picture and name but that should not effect my Zen progress.

In the Zen pinball fx3 game, a privacy setting, something about resetting Zen account progress, WHY is that ? That option should not be.

I do not remember deleting or reseting my Zen progress.

Who can recover my matchup position on the ps4 ?

Trophies & Table Mastery completion, they are showing as normal.
Stats page says my highest matchup result - bromze III (should say Gold I this week)
And all scores have vanished.

I wouldnt scream it too soon. When hajdu proclaims it fixed or being worked on it might be another two months or more before you see anything.
