Im not getting the servers

Ya, I got poo internet and that thats my fault, but why do my other games load and my youtube and my facebook and pinball just sometimes does not work when every other device works? My internet works, other games on ps4 work, kids say wifi is still working and yet much of the time when Im experiencing a weak connection Pinball fx3 does not.
