Cannot Purchase Pinball FX3 tables

Installed Pinball FX3 on PC Steam.
When I test play a game and select the purchase option, I go to Steam but cannot get to the 'add to cart' option.

Question: What are the steps to buy an FX3 table when running on Steam ?
