Why Zen Why!! Switch Update

So I'm reading the news on the home screen about the upcoming update and it says once it goes live we won't be able to save mid game anymore??? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. You do realize how long some of these games can take right?? Plus I can't hog the system up for hours at a time just to keep my game going on the Switch as theres 3 other people that play in the house.

If this is what we have to lose to get an update you can keep your stupid update as I rather have my saves. Only Zen can tick me off this much......

Hey there!

No, it's not like that at all!

You will only need to finish your CURRENT SAVES. So if you have a Skyrim game sitting on the second ball, please finish it before the patch hits 'cause that will not be compatible anymore.

You can and will be able to save after the patch as well, nothing will change on that front.

Haha, no probs. The same thing almost happened to me once on Telltale's The Walking Dead where I almost lost a save, so I understand where you are coming from!!

I personally think Tech101's concern was warranted, but being banned at the time I was unable to be supportive. I mean, he thought they were eliminating the save feature entirely.
