Cabinet mode disabled?

Odd issue today with my cabinet. Everything has been running fine for a while now without issues, but this morning I go to play and now everything is back to portrait mode. I check the settings and there's no more option to even enter the cabinet code again or way to rotate the playfield. Any one have any ideas?
