I have maxed out all challenges and cannot seem to be able to find out how to level up and more importantly use Wizard powers on PC.

Just using the powers allows you to max them out. Just play a 1 ball challenge and then just repeatedly push the button that activates the power up then once its exhausted just let the ball drain and start over. About 15 games you should max out the power then move on to the next.Accomplishments in real life
1. Rolled a star wars machine................ie played over 99 levels and rolled it back to level 1.
2. Rolled Nintendo punch out, several times, same quarter.
3. Played an entire game of dragons lair and completed it and won while blindfolded.
