Cab Code invalid

Is there any trick to get the cabinet code working with steam when it comes up invalid? Ive sent emails to zen support with no response. I requested a cabinet code 2 months before I received my cabinet and received a code quickly and as I awaited the arrival of my cab I also bought all of the FX3 games. My cab came in about a week ago and I cant set it up until I receive a working code. Thanks for looking or any help provided.
