  • Bought new tabl-e-bundle in Store, but it is not showing up in game

    Hi,

I just (well, an hour ago) bought a bundle of tables in the Microsoft Store. The purchase was succesfully completed.

However, when I restart the game, I don't see the tables I just bought. The only table I can play is the free one (Sorcerers Lair).

Under My Collection is says 1/75 (the free one). When i select "Restore tables", this does not change ("there were no tables to import").

I rebooted the PC, this made no difference.

    I'm using Windows 10.

Can anyone tell me how I can play the tables I just bought?

    Kind regards,
    Jurgen

Hey wildhagen! Hit the space bar and the game will look for your previous purchases. This request may take some time and even time out depending on a number of factors. Exit Pinball FX3 and restart the game. Repeat the same process and your tables will begin downloading. Hope it helps!

Unfortunately, that doesn't work. I still get the "there were no tables to import"-popup. Even 4 days after purchase, but maybe I should wait a few days longer before a table I bought will become available for download?

Hey! You can click the tables' buttons which you previously bought, after it will show "Download the tables". You can also try to delete FX3, then reinstall it.

Just to make sure, did you link the game to your Microsoft Store account?

When I do that, the only button I see is "Purchase". Where do I find the "Download the table"-button?

Yes, I did, I always use the same account for this kind of thing.

Edit: OK, i uninstalled Pinball FX3 completeley, and reinstalled it (from the Store of course). Now I see a "Download and Play". Apparently, you have to reinstall Pinball FX3 after buying new tables.

              Thanks for all the help!!!!

You don't have to reinstall each time you buy new tables.

This problem only happens once in a while, where something in the game and Apple's backend went bork. I experience it from time to time on the PS4 version as well.
