I'll reply since no one else has. Man, I wish that had happened to me. I would have been certain to tell them after the tournament was over. lol
Accomplishments in real life
1. Rolled a star wars machine................ie played over 99 levels and rolled it back to level 1.
2. Rolled Nintendo punch out, several times, same quarter.
3. Played an entire game of dragons lair and completed it and won while blindfolded.

Wow! There's still gentlemen in the harsh cyber space out there. Respect
That said, good sport in all honor, i highly doubt it would've even been possible to post the score anyway, as it's tied to the end of game screen.
No fix necessary.
Like on Marvel's The Avengers, when Captain America is on dope and saves every ball possible, allowing for ridiculous scores. A well known bug, but non-exploitable, as the heroic Captain is completely overdoing it, even after tilt, in an endless effort to rescue the (pinball) world. Actually posting the score proves to be impossible, and restart remains the only option to escape this madness scenario, voiding your (not so) hard earned points.
The pause screen would need an "end game and submit score" option, and Zen is best advised NOT to implement something like that and open another can of worms just to save games that are suspicious to begin with. Non-tournament play is already plagued by the 'save game' option, well meant but an open invitation to abuse. Regular time- or ball-outs will suffice to end the game, and when that fails, that's *because* there's something fishy goin' on and therefore should NOT count for good reason.
The timer started counting down again eventually so I could have submitted the score. Definitely needs fixing and urgently in my opinion.
Ive watched that video you posted several times and have no idea what occurred to trigger the count down stop so, unless, they are able to understand what is occurring its unlikely they would be able to fix what they are not able to identify?

I’m not going speculate how difficult the bug will be to fix. All I know is that a timer randomly stopping and starting in a 5 min game is a pretty serious issue!

Agreed Terry.

O.K. that explain all the crazy scores there results
But the issue is not only in the 5 minutes game, it affect the survival challenge as well (on PS4) !
So it must not be related to the tournament only, and the game need to be fixed !!
Avengers should be a known issue too :/
Otherwise... hi all and i'enjoy playing Pinball fx3 anyway ^^

I know the winner and he did not cheat - he just has bigger jackpots. You build them up by playing the game for hours.
Terry is one of the best and as proven here by his posting of the bug which as far as I am aware only happened to him could have depending on how much time the glitch occurred probably have beaten Trey who will almost always win the spiderman tournament.................btw some of these guys freely post their videos showing how they achieve such scores on youtube so any of you with the skill could copy their strategies. I can tell you I have been trying to set up the clone chaos or whatever the hell its called forever within the 5 minute time limit and they just have more skill than me and I could probably beat most of you on most tables. They are just in a class all their own. I think I managed 11th or 12th something like that and could have probably gotten as high as 7th, but didnt see the point since I knew unless I was able to activate the clones it was pointless.

ZEN you've had like 5 spiderman tournaments and not one single Marvel's Women Of Power: Champions....................just saying, unless Trey works for you mix it up a little.

Thanks cantankerous. I think the bug is quite common - I play in a pinball league and several of the players mentioned that they saw the timer stop and start. Does anyone from zenstudios monitor these forums?
