Issue to install pinball in windows 10

I have recently brought a new HP Spectre x360 laptop but pinball is not installing on my new HP laptop some kind of error is showing during install the pinball, I thought that it might be the laptop issue so I have also contacted hp canada, but they told me that my laptop is perfect, I am not able to understand why this is not installing in windows 10. Does it not support in Windows 10?
