William's Getaway Survival Mode Bug

So I was just playing the Getaway table on PS4 and had just cleared a Survival goal and got 60 more seconds when it kicked me to the Enter Your Initials score mode and stopped my game. I had 134,429,140 pts. What gives? I could've kept going but it acted like I had beat the game or something.You can see the time left clicking down as I enter my initials in the video.

Sorry, I wish I had more of the video to show exactly what happened but I'm unfamiliar with the PS4 recording feature as I mostly play on my Xbox One X. I bought this and all table packs for both systems. So I only caught the last few moments of game footage.
