Bug Report - Pinball FX3 - Rewind causing low frame rates

I play on STEAM and XBox for Windows 10. Any table that I play will have massive frame rate loss with the Rewind Wizard Power selected. Once the power is consumed frame rates return to normal.

Windows 10 x64 Pro
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5930K CPU @ 3.50GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
GTX 980 SLI
32GB Memory

The same has been happening with XBOX ONE. Two glitches: using rewind makes frame rate very herky-jerky . I noticed for first time on 11/23/18. Also, flippers stick up after using rewind which causes loss of ball across many tables.
