intermittent Audio issues with FX3 on Xbox One X

From time to time I'm experiencing audio issues when playing different tables of FX3 on my XB One X. For example, the background music will start "dragging" - as if playing music in a cassette player but the tape is dragging. Also - and at the same time, I'll hear clicks/pops while playing. This doesn't happen every day but tonight it's very pronounced. This happens both with games and the background music when you're browsing tables, etc. I've done a hard reboot of my Xbox several times tonight, checked my audio settings (I use headphones primarily) and I'm not having the behavior with any other apps - including games and apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc.


Is it just me? Is there anything else I need to check?

We'll have to investigate this on the couple of various Xbox kits we have in the office.

Thanks for thoroughly going around the problem, you answered all questions I may have had about the issue. Maybe one more: Is it always the background music or did this dragging happened to voices or other sounds as well?

I don’t notice it happening to voices or ambient sounds - just the music.
On a side note, I’ve not noticed the problem in the past 2-3 days.
