No Two Pins the Same

As I have been playing the recent Williams/Bally releases I came across the thought that no two (2) pinball games, same title, play the same. If I play one game a lot and move to the same title, different box, the game will not play the same. Differences in tilt, age of parts, alignment of shoot out holes, rubber rings, depressed inserts, exposure to the sun or kept in the dark, even manufacturers placing toys and screws in slightly different locations will all effect game play.

At tournaments everyone plays the same table, warts and all, and you would want this for the Zen tournaments. In a home use only environment I think adding some 'warts' will refresh the game somewhat. Curious to your thoughts? Of course these would be made optional. Here are some ideas:

Dead Bumper, out holes shooting in a new direction, weak/stronger flipper, broken plastic. How about being able to set the liberal/conservative screw placement as detailed in old EM manuals.

So there would be a 'used table' option?

There is definitely a LOT to explore still in our recreations to add some fun mechanics or novelty features that would increase replayability (even) further.

I believe Deep ended up adding some randomness into the gameplay so the tables play more like a physical machine (not giving back the ball exactly the same every time from a sinkhole for example), it could be funny to see this take further with your idea.
