Is it possible to transfer my tables Purchased on Switch to Steam?

Hello everyone, and a pre-emptive thanks for any information you might have.

I have purchased tables on the Nintendo Switch version of FX3. Is it possible to unlock them on my Steam account as well?
I tried looking through the FAQ's on the Zen website but I coulnd't find any confirmation that you could or couldn't.
