E-mails to Zen are bouncing

Akos and I have been conversing about a bug in paranormal and I have tried to reply several times to your email and whether it is chili, Akos or McLovin the email bounces. the email address being replied to is [email protected]

we've been looking at this today. I only thought that the Chili email was in fault, as sadly, Sophie left the company starting this week and her email became inactive.

If you are sending stuff to the support email or mine, it seems like a bigger problem.

Did a bit of digging, weird thing is - I am receiving this in our Freshdesk support software, so not sure why you get this message.

Can you perhaps do a screenshot of the message you got when you tried to message me or the [email protected] email?

E-mail responses bouncing

So originally I was responding to Akos in his response to me about the bug in paranormal and then when I saw it was on undeliverable, your name and Chilies name came up as the addresses that it was undeliverable to.
