  • White Water question with left ramp

Ok, been trying a bit of White Water on Switch, and sometime, i see the ball when going in motion in the left ramp get stuck, and it suddently fall on the playfield and drain directly into both flippers. Is it normal? Is there a way to prevent this? Very noob trying to master and learn this table.Picture of where it happen:

nudge the table when the ball is there. Nudge before it drops of the ramp.

Will give it a try. But is this normal that it happen? What are the circumstance so it happen? Table wanted effect or a default on how its built?

I play on Steam, and haven't had it fall off there (yet). If you zoom in on the plastic, the original table is designed so it can do that, so its not specific to Zen's implementation - where it goes when it falls off on the real table, hopefully someone else knows.

It's an intentional feature of the ramp but occurs far too frequently, I've speculated elsewhere that it's caused by ball spin. Essentially the ball is spinning in the opposite direction which drastically reduces momentum as it travels round the apex.

Yes, this can indeed happen in the real game.

If it is happening too frequently that is a different case though. Interesting suggestion you propose MBeeching I'll show your pic to Deep to see what he thinks.

              I asked:

yes, this was not intended and should be fixed in-house. Waiting for an update to release.
