Import of purchased FX2 Tables to FX3

Hi

I wrote to support about a week ago with no response. I had quite a few tables in FX2 on Windows 10, but it died quite a while ago and nothing would resuscitate it. I only found out about FX3 a few weeks ago and was very happy especially when posts on the net mentioned you could import your purchased tables. However for me that's a nope, they won't come over. i emailed with a list of tables, my ID, my XBox live ID etc. and I can supply proof of purchase, so what do I do now to make it happen?
