Stuck Ball and High Score Reset

Is there a way other than tilting the machine to get a stuck loose?
I have seen this on the Black Rose pinball table and others.
Also, is there a way to rest the high scores?

A stuck ball will, typically reset itself to the shoot lane and yes Zen can reset the scores, but why would they do that?

Pirates Cove

Every time the ball goes into the Pirates Cove pinball machine it gets
stuck and doesn't come out

Desk Top/Reset High Scores

I'm using my desk top computer to play my pinball games.
Somebody already answered my question about high
scores and I was told that you can't reset them
