All 20 tokens in safecracker

Any thoughts or ideas on what exactly needs to be done to get “all” 20 tokens?

I collected 1

Are they cumulative over all games?

If so that sucks cuz I spent 1

A lot of grinding.

They are cumulative and the come out in order (no randomizing), which is a good thing since you don't have to worry about getting any duplicate tokens.
