The Monster Bash pinball table was released in July 1998, featuring several classic Universal Monsters forming a rock band. It became one of the highest-rated machines of all time, not surprisingly, as it has a superb layout, mad rules and insanely stackable modes.

Released in 1992, the Creature from the Black Lagoon pinball table got its theme from the classic movie of the same title, a film shot in 3D in the early 1950s. The table is set up as a drive-in cinema typical of the era, with features like a snack bar, a rude driver whose van blocks the screen, and of course the Creature, lurking in his lagoon.

Take on the beautiful mix of pinball wizardry and nostalgia in these classic tables, now available on PlayStation 4 (November 5 in the US store), Xbox One & Windows 10, Steam, Nintendo Switch, and Mac. Also available on iOS App Store, and Google Play.

You gotta be fuckin kidding. Over 5 months, and the rewind power bugging the camera view with Road Show on Nintendo Switch didnt get fixed with this release...

And do you plan to release the missing songs for CFTBL? Hearing the same song over and over for each ball really blows...

Small thing, but you guys put Monster Bash Legal Resources age rating considerations description into CFTBL, well, on Nintendo Switch at least, dont have other platforms.

Bummer about missing songs on Creature. Licensing issue, perhaps? I hope they're added.

How do the flippers feel on this release? Last release flippers felt really sluggish and mushy -- as though the end of stroke switch was just too loose to read a request for flipper return in reasonable time. I like the idea of better flick passing, but not at the price of increased latency from long polling at end of stroke (flippers in up position). Tap passing is totally unnecessary, IMO. I rarely see even pros attempt it, unless they're playing EMs.

Latency is the biggest realism killer for pinball simulation. We have our VP machine right next to our six real machines, and latency is the biggest difference in the experience. In short, I'm really hoping the flippers are back to the responsive settings shipped with the original Volume 1 release.

All that said, I really like and respect what you Zen guys are doing with the Williams project! Keep up the mostly great work. Looking forward to purchasing tonight.

I'm glad I tried the demo version first. I was very eager to play cftbl on PS4, but due to heavy censorship and missing songs, I simply refuse to purchase this table. It just doesn't feel right. I wish there was a way to play these tables digitally with Zen quality physics and without censoring and missing features. Maybe one day...

On top of the US snafu with us not getting the new releases the friggin servers are beyond crap today. If I can get into a game which is rarely half the time or more than the scores wont post and at least 3 times it sticks you on the screen and does not give you the option to just quit and you have to close application.

Since Monster Update on Android League games can't be rated

nice Monster Update with some problems within App transition...

One of the annoying is that normal league games are not rated after playing!!!!
The Arcade tickets of course are lost.
Any reboot of game, network connection or phone does not change things.
After the game he will be waiting - for connect I assume - but does not get a time out or network error.
He keeps moving around the pinball with the camera.

Return to normal app funtion is only possible via forced app closing of android and restarting the app.

what about the 250 tickets that I lost?

Problems after Update

After the installing of the new Tables (MosterBash/Crature ) on my 2 Switches the App updates and then ...

The league games are not rated after playing!!!! Thats hard :-(

The he asks me to try again and then nothing happens :-(

Man I was so exited to get these tables...I was counting minutes and bought them instantly once they were available in the store.
I'm disappointed also.
Should have spent some time with the demos first.
Why are most of the songs missing? If it's because of high licensing costs, they should raise the selling price to 19,99 or give a statement on their website that only half of the table was realized! And then the art censoring on top...

For future puchases, I'll test the tables first.
If this becomes standard, it makes no sense for me looking forward to further Williams/Bally licensed tables and anticipate the day of release impatiently.

Why is there a broken up sound problem and the ball moves very slowly when playing Monster Bash
But, The Creature from the Black Lagoon pinball table plays fine with no problems
