Safecracker - Update bug - Nintendo Switch

Every time I launch the Safecracker table it asks me to update the table to continue playing my previous game. When I select to download the update it relaunches the game, attempts to download the update but fails and goes to the games main menu.

I tried to google for an answer but couldn't find one.

Is this a known bug? Is there a solution?
