Nintendo Switch lite

I like to play Pinball FX3 mobile very much, but with my IPad i can t play as good as on my PC with a controller.
Now i m thinking of buying a Nintendo Switch..but the Lite.

Here is my Question:
When i play in Portrait Mode.
Can i Use the Buttons too contall the Flippers and the Nudging?
Or is it only playable with the touch screen?
Then it would be nothing different to the Ipad for my.
I know its playable in Landscape Mode with the Padcontroller.
But how is it in Portrait Mode?

Hm...ok...it seams I need the Nintendo Switch and not the Switch lite...

With the Lite I believe you’d need a wireless controller or another set of joy cons to play in Portrait mode. I wouldn’t recommend the Lite for this.

Also something keep in mind with buying on the Switch, your Purchased tables might not be transferable to next Nintendo console because of how behind Nintendo is with that sort of stuff. I’ve personally been holding off buying unless their 50% or more off.

Nintendo doesn't do discounds like that very often, do they?
