Painfully slow loading to the point where the game is unplayable (Xbox One X)

I'm running the game on an Xbox One X via an SSD. I tried firing it up earlier and it was loading super slow. Here's a video showing how slow it was going: -

It's unplayable like this, cos I'm not willing to wait around for it to hit 100%.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and all of the add-ons, but it makes no difference. I've played several other games tonight and none of those had any issues, so it's just this one.

Any idea what's going on?

EDIT - I left it to get to 100%, but it just carried on loading beyond that, so it was saying 100.1%, 100.2% etc.: -

If that happens, I exit the game and restart it but with the internet off. It then loads all the way through much faster. You can then put your internet back on and it works in the game without restarting it.

If it's the same as the steam version it's trying to load the community high scores and set up multiplayer options.
