  • Question about FX3 vs TPA

Hi, I've played The Pinball Arcade recently on PS4, and there are very few tables (I read they have before a bunch of tables) I found a very difference between Pinball FX3 and The Pinball Arcade.

FX3 is faster than TPA, is it normal? I read TPA was a great emulator, but I see FX3 has better speed and better phisic reaction.

I saw a video comparing the same Williams table between FX3 and TPA and they look almos the same, but when I play I note a big difference.

There was a change in the new TPA or FX3 has always been faster?

    I play in PlayStation 4

The FX3 Williams tables on Classic physics is much faster (realistically so) compared to TPA. The first two volumes ares the fastest and from Universal Monsters Zen slowed it down a lot, but still faster than TPA. In TPA the nudging is too strong compared to FX3. So, in the end, FX3 is a much better simulation for me. I also prefer FX3's graphics as I really struggle to define features on TPA.

Thanks Cloda, I like more FX3 too, but I play both of them just because there are tables that you'll never see in FX3 like Ghostbusters or Star Trek.
