There is a problem on Dr Dude where the Mix Master turntable stops spinning at a point and does not work again until a new game is started and exiting the current game and then returning to continue the same game in play does not help. I have got a feeling it is related to the rewind perk. This was on Xbox One.https://onedrive.live.com/embed?cid=...M-XrdDbmPVnF8U

FACTORY SETTINGS bug
I have also seen a bug that has happened to other players that stops the game and shows 'FACTORY SETTINGS' on the alpha numeric display which also seems related to using the rewind.

Thanks for the finds guys! Regarding the PS4 problems, a new patch is available for PS4 users in which we fixed the crash which caused the game to exit during specific save occasions for some players, network. The new version is v1.18. The other bugs you mentioned are noted and forwarded. Thank you very much for your help!Community Manager

Over 2 months and nothing fixed.
It's been over 2 months now since release and the turntable problem still exists on Dr Dude (Xbox One) basically ruining the game. Will it ever be patched or are Zen just losing interest as there are still bugs on other tables that have existed now for years, like the bug that causes extra flippers to go out of alignment and also the long standing issues with bogus scores on the leaderboards. It just doesn't bode well for my faith in any future table releases.

These meetings must be epic.
The stock answer of "will mention it in our next meeting"is a little tiresome now. In business, communication is everything and customers start to worry and get agitated with non reply situations and being fobbed off with excuses. People would appreciated a bit of truth. There is a point of consumer law which says it must be fit for purpose. So let's refund all those people who have spent cash on a not fit for purpose product. If you bought a car where the engine sometimes didn't spin the wheels until you turned it on and off again there would be an uproar. There is no difference between this being a software issue and a physical situation such as the car example.

Eh, to be fair, obnoxious sounds from your pop bumpers and the occasional crash are not in the same league as a brand new car whose engine can't turn over. By anyone's legal standards, this product IS fit for use. It just has bugs that we would all like to see fixed.
The bigger problem for Zen is that this radio-silence issue is eroding the trust of its customers and hurting its future sales. It gives us the impression, true or not, that the company is either failing outright or has just plain stopped caring.
Pandemic or no, a company that wants to keep its customers should be willing and able to provide at least a little transparency into what's going on. You don't have to reveal trade secrets or anything, but if you're down to just one or two full-time devs and you have higher priorities, just say so. Kicking the can down the road once a month is about the worst thing you can do, short of actually being abusive.
