Sweet. Medieval Madness is having a limited time sale on iOS. Only 800 Zen Coins!!! For those that aren’t familiar with Zen’s mobile currency, 800 Zen coins equals $20. What a steal! Just in case it is unclear for anyone, this is sarcasm. Zen, why do you hate your mobile users?

Williams Pinball on mobile is a convoluted, confusing mess. If someone enjoys grinding to get somewhere in the game, allow it. If someone just want to buy the tables outright, allow that.

You advertise in the game's In-App Purchase section that you can buy the table packs for $9.99 yet they're nowhere to be seen and only the top-dollar purchases are. Why? And why in the world are you making some of these purchases "Limited Time"???

The App is getting to the point where I don't want anything to do with it. If Zen wants my money, I'll gladly pay for the tables and give it to you. I'm not grinding for god knows how long to unlock something that I want to give you money for.

    This is silly beyond belief...

The only table you can buy right now is white water and it only gives you two stars (which means it lacks a game save feature and better physics, among other things, for those that donÂ’t speak the obtuse language of Zen Williams Pinball). If you could purchase the Williams pack 4 tables (which you canÂ’t) with zen coins (ZenÂ’s overpriced currency) you would be able to buy Williams pack 4 for low price of $20. So enjoy the 100% markup mobile users because the other platforms pay $10 for the same pack. Hey McLovin, are you relaying our hatred of the Williams app to the devs and marketing folks? How Many tables on multiplayer?

Hello good night, I have the game in ios and wanted to ask why I can only play two tables in multiplayer mode. There are only two at the beginning or will they add more tables?

    Problems with Williams

I purchased Williams Pinball for iOS IN FULL the other day. For the first day or so everything worked fine. I guess I had skipped the tutorial somehow before doing this. Anyways the game kept asking me to skip or view the tutorial, so I went through the tutorial today and it got stuck on the Arcade Play section. I have force quit the app, deleted the app, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone to no avail. It always relaunches the same section of the tutorial and gets stuck.

Find a video demonstrating the issue at:

I have sent two emails to your support department and after a week still have not received any sort of response.

Now I feel like IÂ’ve spent a lot of money on a game that wonÂ’t even load.

    Please help!

I'm still intrigued by the League play rewards, it's fairly vague and poorly expressed:
'Climbing leagues and playing increases your seasonal rewards and gives you better rewards'.

I've spent roughly 2000-2500 tickets but what on earth do I get in return? I could have put those towards a Grade 3 Medieval Madness upgrade.

Nevermind my last post... grade 3 doesnt give you pro physic. Must have been confuse, i dont know...

So anyway i decide to get 350 coins... Bonus challenge is extremely hard. Dont know the reward yet, 25 tickets to play.

Pro physic, i need to go test it, will come back give feedback.

EDIT: Ok, went and tried a few game of pro physic. No difference imo vs regular physic , it run well 99% most of the time on my Ipad Air 2.

As for playing grade 2 and 3 tables, yes you can, all tables i got to grade 2 or 3 are playable with pro physics.

Now one my way later to sit tight and try to get a reward of the bonus challenge!

EDIT 2: Won my first 5 stars bonus challenge! Got 85 tickets, parts, and a non playing video add for 5th card and now sound went off....

Anyway. Its a tough challenge. But no Zen coins rewards... Not sure im satisfied about spending 200 zen coins on that extra challenge... expected the rewards on it being better. Its like a 8$ extra bonus thst give me not much...unless the real rewards shine at 10 and 15 stars...

    - Can you buy features then use them with with Grade 2 tables in Arcade Mode?
    - If you buy a Grade 4 table are the difficulty/physics options unavailable unless you buy the feature?

Has anyone tried the pro physics or difficulty yet? I've got all but one of my tables to Grade 2, but by my calculations I can't see myself grinding many to grade 3, or any to grade 4.
Got to try grade 3 difficulty today. Cost 15 tickets to enter. And it got Pro Physics! ( run very well on my Ipad Air 2 )Its also very rewarding for tickets( give like 60-100 for each 5 level challenges ) , parts ( it give like 5 parts for one table ), give you ball trails, but unfortunatly, doesnt give you Zen coins... Thought it would give us Zen coins since to upgrade lvl 4 cost 100 zen coins, no luck.

Id love to know what the Bonus Challenge can give, but cost 200 coins , so i will need to buy the 350 coins. Im tempt to try it, perhaps it could give Zen coins when completed... sleeping on it, at the same time, it can give me the Pro physics.

    100 Zen coins ( + 100 table parts ) to upgrade a table to lvl 4? Really?

So 700 zen coins required for all, so the same price as console if buying the two packs, after hours and hours of challenges collecting tickets, parts, watching adds? The reward i get watching all these ads is paying the same price as consoles?

Id love try to be not too critic, but i cant. Im realy not liking this mobile app. Ok, i can still get the 7 tables for free by grinding them to lvl 2, but no offline play, no pro physics, no visual extra, no pro difficulty. I dont understand why your best features, pro physics, visual extra, are hidden behind paywall. These should be the selling point of your game. I think it could be more rewarding if pro physics was a table lvl 3 reward. I mean its where we could see the ‘real’ game.

Love your game, but really dont like the model on mobile. Hoping you will do some change in the future, cause i love playing it on my Ipad.

It clearly has potential and is enjoyable after the initial grind (Grade 0-2), that's likely to be the hurdle for many players and possibly needs tweaking to keep people engaged during those early stages. Perhaps a basic rotation mode with very restricted play on other tables?

The first table you choose does have a bearing on your experience due to the way the tutorial walks you through the upgrades. Although I like Medieval Madness I felt railroaded before I fully understood the financial mechanisms, that's essentially the table you're stuck with for a considerable length of time.

I've got all seven tables to Grade 2, I bought a pile of 150 Zen Coins and spent 120 on 2000 tickets. Certainly considering the Pro Physics mode but awaiting confirmation it will work below Grade 4, curious to see if there's a performance difference and whether it's too difficult to play on a touch screen.

Hopefully the issue with Challenge reward videos will be fixed soon, I'm still losing out on those rewards due to crashes.
