Just to add myself to the list of happy users who would be even more happy if the portrait mode on the TF700 would work "unshifted".

I am happily playing in landscape, so this is just to increase the pressure a little for a solution.

Beautiful game, for what I read, great support,

    Thanks,
    Ruud

This is a weird one. Since the hardware isn't up to running the game in native resolution (1920x1200), we have to render at a lower resolution and scale it up. And the scaling is what causes the issue, thanks to an obscure hardware bug that goes away when the name of the game is changed (!) but is otherwise untraceable except by the Nvidia hardware gurus, and they don't seem to be especially interested in spending a lot of time on fixing this.

Have just tried this and it hasn't made any difference, I am using the Cyanogenmod nightly's which is based on android OS 4.2.2.

You could try uninstalling/reinstalling, in the meantime I'll let the team know this is happening.

@Solitude, Is the name changing solution working on your development platform only? Or does it work on the device as well? If so, I wouldn't mind manually changing the game name by my self to play, I know this might be an unethical solution, but it'd be temporary while the good folks at nvidia lend a hand. In the mean time I promise to write and follow up to nvidia as a concerned costumer for a fix, after all, I initiated the game dowload through their TegraZone app

            • Galaxy Tab 10.1 not compatible

              Hi,

I have had no problems playing until I did a factory reset. Afterwords I did all the system updates, but I'm still getting the message that my device is not compatible to download.

              Thanks

              • Nexus 10 bad performance

Please optimize this game for the Nexus 10 in enhanced quality settings.
Other games like Deadzone etc run smoothly in extream quallity but not zenpinball.

I would like to buy the other Tables but its a litle bit laggy

                please fix that.

                Thanks

In a way they already did. Up until late last year Zen Pinball for Android was only available for Tegra-powered devices. That's what these "enhanced settings" are. Then they released the "non-enhanced" for other devices. Since your (and my) Nexus 10 aren't Tegra-powered the normal settings apply.
And with those the tables run very smooth unless something is running in the background.

                      • Random lag after updating to 4.2

After updating to Android 4.2.1 my stock ASUS TF300 tablet I've noticed a random, severe lag that makes tables unplayable for a few seconds. This is with the graphics set to standard (and tablet running in performance mode) which ran perfectly before the update. One strange symptom is that moving the flippers rapidly temporarily fixes the problem....almost like 4.2 has some new feature that slows the processor when there is no input. I've tried clearing the cache, re-installing Zen PB HD, and stopping all other apps running in the background. Has anyone else reported/experienced this?

You'll need to upgrade to 4.0

I've seen a couple reports similar to this--I'll include yours in my report for the team.
