This is a weird one. Since the hardware isn't up to running the game in native resolution (1920x1200), we have to render at a lower resolution and scale it up. And the scaling is what causes the issue, thanks to an obscure hardware bug that goes away when the name of the game is changed (!) but is otherwise untraceable except by the Nvidia hardware gurus, and they don't seem to be especially interested in spending a lot of time on fixing this.

Nexus 10 bad performance
Please optimize this game for the Nexus 10 in enhanced quality settings.
Other games like Deadzone etc run smoothly in extream quallity but not zenpinball.
I would like to buy the other Tables but its a litle bit laggy
please fix that.
ThanksComment

) Nexus 10 aren't Tegra-powered the normal settings apply.
And with those the tables run very smooth unless something is running in the background.Comment

Random lag after updating to 4.2
After updating to Android 4.2.1 my stock ASUS TF300 tablet I've noticed a random, severe lag that makes tables unplayable for a few seconds. This is with the graphics set to standard (and tablet running in performance mode) which ran perfectly before the update. One strange symptom is that moving the flippers rapidly temporarily fixes the problem....almost like 4.2 has some new feature that slows the processor when there is no input. I've tried clearing the cache, re-installing Zen PB HD, and stopping all other apps running in the background. Has anyone else reported/experienced this?Comment
