  • Support the masses!

Hi there, first of all, thanks for making a great game!
Alas , I've come to ask a question probably asked already but not in detail, I am an absolute freak of nature when it comes to Android gaming ,I've purchased no less than 56 different games for my Android device~ the beast that is the galaxy s2! my problem lies in getting your game to run! my phone obviously doesn't have a Tegra processor. When are you going to support my device! IM the kind of person, I've bought your game on xbox live, I installed the windows 8 developer preview just to play your game on my laptop. I've even bought a third party app to emulate a Tegra processor but to no avail! cmon! Support one of the biggest selling Android devices there is. I want to throw my money at you, I want every board and don't mind paying for it. Give the masses some pinball gooeyness! Please please please! Lol even if it's just a date! Thank you in advance

We plan to do a general Android version, but we won't be able to work on it for a while yet because of Vita, PS3, PC, etc. taking up our time at the moment.

For a small studio like ours, Android also makes coding and testing for compatibility difficult. There are so many different devices, and so many unexpected incompatibilities, OS versions, etc. that it can be time consuming and expensive to cover all the necessary bases.

Even with just Tegra 2/3-based devices, many behaved differently from one another, and we ended up with a lot of obscure devices with critical errors that resulted in a lot of 1-star reviews on the Android Market. I can only imagine what will happen with a more widespread release - with a game that pushes even the most recent hardware pretty hard, it's a lot harder to achieve universal compatibility than with glorified flash games.

I just upgraded from the Droid X2 to the Galaxy S2. I was all happy. It has a really nice screen.

I was trying to re-download Zen Pinball to the new device before the guy had even finished filling out the contract. Now I am sad. =[
