I'm not sure how the Google Play accounts work, but you can try contacting Google Play support:

I have few accounts registered in android ICS. First of them is company account not bound with payment card. The other one is my personal account with credit card. When i try to buy new table, the application offers to me to pay only through first account. I cannot find an option how to pay through different account. Could you help me?
