Problem with Claw Save On Wolverine table

I just purchased the Wolverine table on ZP HD last night. After playing a few games I can say that the Claw Save is only working about 50% of the time. I have no problem activating it by spelling out SNIKT. The problem is that once the ball goes out and the Claw Save tries to kick the ball back into play, it just hits the underside of the flipper and drains. It also seems to be the right flipper that it usually hits, so I tried raising the right flipper. This worked a couple times and let the ball back into play, but it doesn't always work and the ball drains. This issue doesn't happen all the time. I've had several times where the Claw Save kicked the ball back into play without touching the flippers.

Anyone else encounter this problem?
