Epic Quest: One-ball skeleton swarm.

I think my favorite mode in Epic Quest is the one-ball version of the skeleton swarm. But I cant figure out how to activate it and it doesn't seem to be listed in ShoryukenToTheChin's excellent table guide. Is this a random award or is there a way to trigger it manually?

The single ball skeleton mode is a bug unique to mobile platforms. That is why it is not in Shory's guide. You start the mode by spelling out SWARM when you have 2 balls locked for princess multiball.
