I recently noticed that zen have released a new app on android market 'marvel pinball'. I had a quick look and noticed spiderman was in this app, so i quickly went back to the app where i have purchased all my tables 'zen pinball' and noticed it wasn't there... I'm now annyoed because i have to pay out on avengers table again just to play it! Can we see spiderman on the original app please? Or atleast make a free version of the app so i don't have to buy avengers again?

The reason why they released out Marvel Pinball was so they could release out the Spider-Man table. There was no other way around it and it had to be set up as DLC (contractual duty). If they could they would have released the Spider-Man on ZP or include the table with the purchase of MP, but they couldn't so this was the best they could do. It was either this or no Spider-Man table for Andriod or iOS at all.

The problem lays with the Spider-Man license. Marvel doesn't own it completely and that means Zen is dealing with multiple contracts with very strange demands. I feel sorry for Zen, because they are stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Yes, this fragmentation is disappointing. Is there are hope that Spider-Man table license issue will ever be resolved and the title included in the main app?

I doubt it, unfortunately. It has to do with Marvel not having full ownership of the Spider-Man license, which limits what we can do with the table. Sorry.
