I am confused as to why there are separate apps for Zen Pinball on the Google Play store. I already purchased all tables for the original Zen Pinball app and would love to get the Spider-Man table, as well. Why should I have to purchase the Marvel Pinball app which does not show any of my previously purchased tables from the original app? We should be able to add the new table without having a new app added to our device.

They released out the Marvel Pinball app so they could release the Spider-Man table. Their license for Spider-Man is a rather fickle one, because there are multiple rights holders involved and one of them is being rather demanding.

It was either this or no Spider-Man table for the Android/iOS owners.

I will say, I hate that they've released different apps ON THE SAME PLATFORM which contain overlapping tables. It's confusing and in some cases may force people to rebuy something they already bought. It's bad enough that there isn't cross platform support but having a mess like this on a single platform is a serious turnoff.

If they MUST do something like this then the table that comes with the app should be the exclusive (in this case Spider-Man).

Again! That was a license requirement. This was talked about in great length on another thread. I know it sucks, but it was really the only way they could get the table onto the Android/iOS platforms according to Zen.
