Excalibur - Quest sink hole

I'm Loving this table, I think it might be my favourite at the moment. But does anyone have any tips for hitting the quest sink hole? I keep trying with the right flipper but only seem to get it when i have a lucky bounce.

Also, any tips on hitting the E for Tale would be great!
