Cpu/gpu requirements for enhanced setting

So far I tried note 2, nook hd, and rk3188 powered tablet, and all struggle with the enhanced setting. Will snapdragon 800 with adreno gpu provide constant 60fps?

The Nexus 7 2013 handles advanced graphics mode just fine.

You'll notice stuttering when the device does a background sync. A tip is to turn this off when playing the game, and close down all other apps.

For the record, the SoaC the Note 2 uses is not great for intensive GPU games. It struggles to play The Pinball Arcade at a decent FPS as well.
