  • Purchased Darth Vader table but it won't download!

    Hi!

I am running Zen Pinball HD on Sony Tablet Z with Android 4.4.2. Within the app I've purchased Star Wars Darth Vader table. The payment has been processed but the table won't download. When I click on it I get this error: An unexpected error occurred during accessing the Google Play Store (screenshot attached).

    What should I do now?

    Regards,

    Maxim

Try clearing your cache/restarting and trying again. Let me know if that still doesn't work.

Cleared the cache for Zen Pinball app. Didn't help. Also tried clearing the data - didn't help either. I am getting the same error.

Still not working? Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling?

Once again tried everything (clearing data & cache, uninstalling, reinstalling). Same error.

Sorry you had to resort to doing a factory reset - glad it works for you now though!
