Amazon FireTV, Purchased Tables but cannot download!

It seems to be working now.

I originally downloaded the game and purchased additional tables for the Fire TV Stick; now I have upgraded to a full-fledged Fire TV, but when I try to download my purchased tables to the new device, I get that error "An unexpected error occurred during accessing the Amazon AppStore." Please help.

As to other apps, I don't really do a lot of in-app purchasing so I don't know if that is working or not. I can install apps to my fire tv.

Thanks - Kindle Fire works fine, but the Fire TV is the one unable to restore purchases, correct?

Uninstalled then re-installed and now I can't get any tables. I have tried restoring and purchasing new tables and both don't work.

What error message do you get when you try to purchase them again? Are other apps working okay?

This is my user Id from the kindle fire, the user Id does not appear to be accessible on the fire tv.

This is on the Fire TV, right? Everything is okay on the Kindle Fire? If so, can you please make sure you are online and check the “about” section in the game and send me the User ID number that is listed there? You can either post it here, or send it to the support email address

New development - today when I try to purchase tables the screen darkens to almost black after I click the 'buy table' button (the 'Please Wait' screen). Previously it would take me to the next screen but clicking on the buy table button did nothing.

I have tried that at least a couple of different times (force stop and then restart). For some reason the game won't let me purchase new tables on the Fire TV version either. I have tried changing my parental controls and in-app purchasing settings to all possible combinations and nothing seems to work. I have previously purchased tables on the Fire TV so I know that it used to work.

Are you using the same account you used to purchase the tables?
