Purchases on Amazon FireTV are not working.

Today I downloaded zen pinball for the Amazon FireTV (not the stick). I purchased the free star wars table and I got an error (shown in the video). I then purchased the portal table and got the same error. When I go to restore the purchases it says there are no tables to download. I've force closed the app, cleared the cache and data to no effect. I also restated the fire tv and tried again to no affect.

May have just been a temporary server issue - let me know if it keeps happening today. If so, does it give you the same error message if you tap the shopping cart icon?

Purchases on Amazon FireTV are not working.

The issue is exactly the same today. As I mentioned in the post, and showed in the video the shopping cart says there are no tables to download.

Not working on Fire TV for me either

I purchased the Star Wars table tonight on my Fire TV and received a confirmation receipt from Amazon for the purchase but when I try to load the table all I can get is "An unexpected error occurred during accessing the Amazon Appstore." How do I get this working?

I'm experiencing the same problems. I got a receipt but can't download tables.

This should now be fixed! Please let me know if you still have issues downloading from Amazon. To restore any purchases made that didn't download, tap the shopping cart icon to restore them.
