Citadel Multiball Bug?

I got the Citadel Multiball earlier tonight, and I think there's a bug with it. After you spell CITADEL and activate the mode, you're supposed to play tag with Whisper by shooting the ramps that she stands on. I hit the ramp she was in front of 4 or 5 times (she moves around), but I didn't get anything for it. No bonus, no jackpot, nothing at all. I'm almost certain something is supposed to happen, so I think this may be a bug.

Cracker, any ideas?

You have to make a complete ramp or orbit shot to collect the Jackpot - not just touch Whisper (like you do in the Crazy Ghosts mode). Hope this helps

Yup, I made 4 complete loops on ramps that Whisper was in front of. Nothing at all.
