Restored Ipad - not all purchased tables restoring

I had to restore my Ipad 2 and reinstalled Zen Pinball right away. Had no problem downloading the Thor and Cap America tables again, but it's telling me I have to pay again for Wolverine. I tried to click the "report problem" on my reciept from ITunes showing where I paid for it, but got nowhere. Any suggestions before I pay twice for this?

You have to click the buy button. iTunes will tell you if you've purchased the table previously and will ask you if you would like to download it again.

Lots of people have had this happen to them but none have had to pay twice. You should be fine too.
