I'm finding that it's actually more comfortable to hold the iPod (and phone) so my thumbs are up at the top corners of the screen, instead of down by the flippers. The only problem is that the little pause and camera icons can't be moved, so they're totally in the way. Try it my way for a second. You'll see what I'm saying.
