When playing samurai multiball it happened twice already that the flippers freeze, with the result of course all the balls are lost.

Is it due to a drop in framerate, i.e. the balls seem to stop and then skip forward? The flippers seem to freeze but if i keep hammering on flippers eventually i will see some flipper movement but it will screw me up. That happens to me occasionally on multiballs or when i get an ios notification pop up. The ios notifications seem to really drop the framerate for me and often causes my game to crash.
