Lost all sounds?

Hi,

Someone found already a solution for this problem? Since my sounds aren't working either. Tried resetting to default, rebooting and so but it all didn't worked.

What device are you using? Make sure you have the latest update installed, restart, and see if that helps. If it is still not working, please let me know

I am using a Ipad2 and got the latest version. Should I try to reinstall the game (and if so, will I lose the highscores then?).
And I am not 100% sure but I think it stopped working after I bought the Epic Quest game.

The problem is solved now, only dunno what I did to fix it =) Weird but it is working again

I absolutely love ZP on the IPad. I'm glad I haven't experienced the complications that others are facing. Good to see that everything is in working order now.

Lost all sounds

The game is without sound after working fine since install. I checked game and system audio settings (resetting the former), restarted iPad ([email protected]) and game, checked other Apps (they have sound). No change. One potentially related quirk: the bleep that indicates recharge when plugging in the cable is also silent.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling, that should help.

Thanks for the quick response! After reinstalling, I still have no sound, and the three games I purchased are no longer accessible. The issue must be deeper. I will retore the iPad from a backup.

Apple support forums solved the problem: the OS has had a bug since before version 4.3.3 that cuts off sound to a few apps when the side switch is set to lock. Setting it to mute resolved that problem. Is there an easy way to get the games I purchased back without paying again?

Yep-- just hit the shopping cart icon and it will restore your purchases
